We want you to be fully satisfied with your Joe Bonamassa Official Store purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that all tags are attached and the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Item
Send your package using a trackable shipping method to the return address provided by our support team; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange within 7-10 business days.
